 GERMAN COURSE PREPARATION FOR telc B1 EXAM

 

WHAT ARE THE COURSE CONTENTS?

Together with our experienced teacher you will get to know and practice all parts of the telcB1 examination.
You will go through exam simulations, part by part, you will get familiar with all tasks as well as required vocabulary and verbal expressions for the B1 level exam.
The contents of this course are:

• Introduction to the structure and specific sections of the general telc B1 exam 
• Weekly training of exam structures
• Oral and written exam simulations
• Learning and widening the vocabulary and means of verbal expressions at this language level
• the B1 level grammar of the German language
• Strategies and tips for passing and mastering the exam

Course requirements:
• Completed B1 level of the German language

 

HOW IS THE EXAM STRUCTURED?

The telc B1 exam consists of two parts: written and oral.The written part lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes and consists of 4 modules: reading comprehension, language modules (vocabulary and grammar), listening comprehension and written expression. The oral exam lasts 15 minutes with additional preparation time of 20 minutes.

 

WHAT DO I NEED THE EXAM FOR?

telc : “The European Language Certificates” is an internationally recognized language certificate from “telc gGmbH”, a non-profit organization that offers more than 90 different language exams in 10 languages in over 20 countries. It is recognised worldwide by various universities, companies and authorities. The telc certificate is recommended for everyone who needs a proof of their skills of German language. It is based on the globally recognized CEFR level system, which enables a transparent and simple assessment of foreign language skills. Our lesson plans and teaching materials are also based on the CEFR level system.
